The breakfast here includes a nice variety of food and drinks. the triple room features an exceptionally comfy bed, along with coffee and tea-making facilities, multi-channel TV, and a study table. ☕.

Great and amazing setting, I had very comfortable time.
Appreciated my 1 night stay. I had warm and well-equipped room with level of cheap hostel, good facilities, for instance. Location: the hotel was next to all the shops, bars and clubs, shopping malls and bars in the centre, and the centre of Banja Luka.

Pleasant and exceptionally clean place, wonderfully helpful and professional staff from the beginning excellent service and great stuff. Fully-equipped & a nice size room, a safe, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar in there. Clean bathrooms with bathtubs. Top and comfy location close to city center🙂

Loved the free breakfast, it was a true feast for ants. The nightclub music was so loud, I could dance even in my sleep. The terrace was perfect for people-watching, especially the rowdy bars outside.
The rooms were so small, I had to practice acrobatics just to turn around.

The room at Hotel Zepter Palace was just perfect for my stay! It was cozy and comfortable, with a minibar and a private bathroom. I loved relaxing in the seating area, watching some TV after a long day of exploring.
